The personal data you provide when registering with the i'm Cloud service via the http://www.imwatch.it website are collected and processed by i'm S.p.A. in its capacity as Data Controller, also using computerised procedures and instruments. The conferral of your personal data is necessary in order for i'm S.p.A. to deliver and manage i'm Cloud services; therefore complete or even partial lack of conferral of such data will make it impossible for i'm S.p.A. to provide you with the requested i'm Cloud services.

i'm S.p.A. processes your personal data for the following purposes:

1. purposes directly related to and instrumental to the provision and management of the i'm Cloud service, purposes for which no consent is required on your part;
2. commercial and marketing purposes, including sending of newsletters, via email or via text messages, with promotional or advertising contents, purpose for which you must provide your express prior consent.

The fulfilment of the purposes in question may also be achieved by means of the transmission and communication of data to third parties, whereby it is intended to third parties duly authorised to conduct processing of such data (and, where appropriate, appointed as Data Controllers) as they carry out or provide specific services strictly functional to the implementation of the contract relationship (including ongoing processing activities) such as, by way of example, IT service companies, payment service firms, outsourcing companies, consultants and freelancers, insurance companies, in accordance with the provisions of the data security law.

Moreover, on accessing the cloud platform, your data will be accessible by Amazon, in its capacity as autonomous Data Processor of personal data. Please bear in mind that i'm S.p.A. is not liable for any use of your personal information other than that foreseen by i'm Cloud.

i'm S.p.A. processes the personal information of users who do not register to receive i'm Cloud services but simply access the http://www.imwatch.it website. In this case, please be informed that the IT systems and software used by the http://www.imwatch.it website may collect some personal information, during their normal functions, the transmission of which is implicit when using standard Internet communication protocols. This refers to information which is not collected to be associated with identified parties, but due to their nature could permit the identification of the user if they are processed and associated with other data. This category of data includes IP addresses or computer dominium names used by the users to connect to the http://www.imwatch.it website, the URL addresses of the requested resources, the time of request, the method used to make the request to the server, the size of the file received in reply, etc.

To conclude, please be informed that art. 7 of the Privacy Code grants you a number of rights including the right to request confirmation from i'm S.p.A. as to whether or not your personal data exists and the intelligible form in which they are available; to be informed on the content and origin of the data, the logic and scope of the processing procedures; to request the erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data which have been processed unlawfully, further to the update, amendment or, if you are interested, the integration of the same; to oppose in any case, on legitimate grounds, the processing of the same for marketing and advertising purposes.
